Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every order. Once packaging has been opened, products that are free from quality defects are not eligible for return or exchange. If a problem arises, the following process applies.

30-Day Product Issue Window

If you experience an issue with a product, contact our team within 30 days of receipt so we can review the situation and discuss an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

An exchange is available only when the original product is defective, the product has been opened, you have proof of purchase, and the request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If an item is incorrect, missing, or affected by a delivery issue, notify us within 15 days of the order date at XeclyMuk@163.com.

Damaged or Defective Products

Inspect your order immediately after receipt. If the seal is broken, the product is damaged, or the wrong item was delivered, contact us promptly and provide photos and a video of the unboxing. Do not consume a product that is damaged, unsealed, or shows signs of tampering.

Subscription Orders

Refund or cancellation requests for subscription orders must be submitted at least 7 business days before the next scheduled shipment. Requests made fewer than 7 business days before shipment cannot be processed for cancellation or refund.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery within the United States is 3–7 business days.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When the order ships, a tracking email will be sent. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update. Check your spam folder before contacting us if an email is not received.
